Jonathan Raduns

Jonathan Raduns is owner and visual food merchandising consultant with  Early experience and passion for retailing fresh vegetables began on his family’s 200 acre vegetable farm in Western NY between Rochester & Buffalo. Jonathan holds a Food Marketing & Distribution Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.  He has held numerous positions within commodity, retail, and wholesale including fresh produce team leader with Wegmans Food Markets, trading frozen fruits and vegetables internationally, and desserts marketing with Rich Food Products.  Jonathan’s company has trained over 100 direct farm marketers on methods to drive impulse sales through visual merchandising and customer service refinement.  His work now focuses on building retailers profits and efficiency while decreasing waste. Jonathan’s advises and supports grocers, specialty retailers, farm markets, online food retailers, food manufacturers, tourism resorts, and major cafeteria / foodservice operations.  His fresh perspectives help organizations find new ways of driving incremental sales of fresh produce, grab & go, and specialty foods through a reinvention process and specific merchandising techniques.
