Mike Chirveno is the founder of ClearVision Consulting; a firm that helps clients develop sustained competitive advantage through sound strategic planning, operational excellence and effective use of technology. Prior to consulting, Mike spent more than 25 years in the publishing industry working primarily in operations and technology with an emphasis in customer-facing initiatives. He also has experience in strategic planning, sales management, customer service management, collection management, project management, information systems and training. He has successfully worked with people in every part of the organization from entry-level to c-level.
In his work with customer facing initiatives, Mike has assembled a number of tools that enable companies to build enduring relationships with their customers. He has managed call centers, evaluated and installed call center technology including IVRs, evaluated and installed customer service software, managed customer-facing website development projects and designed and executed social media strategies for clients in both B2B and B2C businesses.
Mike has consulted in a number of industries including produce processing, food processing and manufacturing, hospitality, publishing, automotive, medical, construction and professional services.
He is an adjunct faculty member at Baker University teaching graduate students strategic planning and management information systems.
Mike has a BS in education from Calvary Bible College and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Media and Technology Council for the Gerson Lehrman Group. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
