Frank Swanson brings over 40 years of fresh produce expertise, starting as a USDA Fresh Produce Inspector and later as a Produce Buyer for the U.S. Defense Department. In the private sector, he helped Kraft/Holleb Foodservice integrate fresh produce and went on to lead US Foods' produce program, growing it to over $2 billion in sales. With a continued focus on quality and food safety through the Cross Valley Farms brand, Frank has shared his expertise across industry boards like the Southeast Produce Council and IFPA. He's been honored with the Southeast Produce Council's "Lifetime Membership Award," and US Foods named the "Frank Swanson Lifetime Membership Award" in his honor.
